Brown, Brown & Associates, Inc. (BBA) is a full-service training and organizational development agency, with particular expertise in labor-management relationships and all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). BBA specializes in organizational development, conflict resolution, cooperative strategies, team building, diversity, and managing the process of change. Our clients include corporations, educational institutions, community-based organizations, health care institutions and faith-based organizations.
Established in 1993, our corporate offices are located in Hempstead, New York. BBA is family-owned and operated with a well-documented history of designing, customizing, and implementing substantial training programs for many organizations. We strive to develop people-centered, performance-based solutions for our clients. In every engagement, BBA focuses on delivering positive, practical experiences and outcomes. Our solutions impart not only skills and knowledge, but also emphasize the attitude necessary to successfully apply what is learned.
What We Do
Over the past few years, BBA's experience in conflict resolution and grievance mediation has been demonstrated as they have assisted our organization in bringing about resolution to several outstanding grievances.

BBA offers consultation, training, systems design, seminars, workshops and off-site retreats that are all specially tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Utilizing unique, innovative and time-saving training tools, BBA never presents a "cookie cutter" solution to clients. Organizational issues can sometimes be complex, and our training models incorporate interactive strategies to promote learning. BBA's capability to structure effective "blended learning models" that utilize a combination of computer-based (E-learning) and classroom training has provided clients with cost-effective options.
How We Do It
To implement each training solution, BBA assembles a specialized project team from our network of trainers and consultants that have diverse backgrounds in business, law, labor relations, education and mental health. Our teams traditionally are deployed to training sites to conduct specific aspects of program implementation, including training, needs assessment, observation and evaluation.
BBA is proud of having assisted organizations to develop solutions to organizational issues that leave employees feeling empowered to accept challenges, change and, most of all, people with all of their differences.

It is important to note that the majority of our 9,000 plus staff are represented by unions and the unions have been very positive in their reaction to the program and the training efforts. Clearly, BBA proved they have the ability to work within a unionized environment and address the unique needs that arise in a public-sector organization.
