Consolidated Edison of New York

BBA designed and implemented a training program for all 14,000 employees of this organization from the Executive level to line staff. The training program addressed three key areas: communication, diversity, and conflict resolution. During this project, BBA deployed a staff of 42 trainers to 16 locations throughout the New York metropolitan area and accommodated various work shifts.

…BBA provided Con Edison employees with a diversity training program called "Building Bridges." BBA assessed the needs of our company, designed curriculum to meet those needs, and provided experienced instructors to deliver the training. League of Voluntary Hospitals and Local 1199 Training and Upgrading Fund

For the last few years, BBA has worked closely with the League 1199 SEIU Training and Upgrading Fund and its member institutions to provide customized training programs to meet the needs of our members and other employees of the institutions represented by Local 1199. In order to customize these programs, BBA conducted needs assessments and developed specialized curricula prior to providing instruction.

Prudential

BBA has an ongoing relationship with Prudential to provide Team Building for Executive Teams in various locations across the country. These designs involve blended learning opportunities (a combination of technology and traditional classroom training).

Education and Assistance Corp (EAC)

EAC is a not-for-profit organization housed in Nassau County, New York. Since 1995, BBA has been providing annual Certificate Training in Basic Mediation Training for Community Mediation Programs. BBA has also provided Cultural Competency training for all employees of the organization.

We have had a number of positive experiences with BBA's training. From basic dispute resolution to workplace diversity, peer mediation training to cultural sensitivity workshops, their training has been exceptional. We have been able to work with BBA successfully in all instances to ensure their efforts were tailored to our needs. The feedback has been universally positive, and the atmosphere created in their sessions ensure that staff will learn in a positive, non-threatening manner
